Cake Training Participated by 50 Participants at RPTRA Susukan

As many as 50 participants participate cake training held by East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency, Monday (2/24) at RPTRA Susukan Ceria, Susukan Urban Village, Ciracas. The training is held up to February 28.

East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency's Energy Section Head, Olifia Sihombing said the participants come from Ciracas Sub-district, Pasar Rebo and Kramat Jati.
"The training aims to advance participant's skill for stronger Jakpreneur," she said.
Jakarta Enterpreneur Bazar at RPTRA Gedong Trikora, Be There!Cakes to be made during training are Muffin Vanilla, Nona Manis, Bika Pandan, Bika Ambon, Bolu Kukus Gula Merah, Kue Lapis, Kaanom Piak Poon, Caramel Cake, Bolu Kojo, and Kue Semprit.
She added that the participants will get certificate and various cooking equipment such as gas stove and regulator, mixer, oven, baking pans, flour, sugar, and butter.
Susukan Urban Village Head, Andri Priwitama Maila stated participants are mothers who have been selected.
It is hoped the participants can develop their knowledge by opening business. They can register their business through e-order.
"Hopefully they can develop their knowledge and open business," he stated.
Sofia (45), one participants living in Ciracas, admitted happy to get knowledge in making cakes. She will open business after participating the training.
"We get kowledge to make cake and equipment to open our business," she admitted.
